I love connecting the money to the mission and helping leaders lead themselves!

Our Approach

My entire professional career has been spent working alongside nonprofit and faith-based organizations to strengthen their impact and sustainability. I’ve supported organizations across nearly every function—programming, case management, fundraising and development, leadership, board governance, community engagement, and advocacy.

Along the way, I’ve served as a case worker, program coordinator, area manager, development officer, executive director, board president, pastor, and volunteer. That breadth of experience shapes how I coach: practical, relational, and deeply aware of the realities leaders face day to day.

I believe lasting sustainability is built through relationship-building, compelling storytelling, and organic community engagement. Fundraising isn’t just about money—it’s about meaning. I love helping leaders connect money to mission and, just as importantly, learn how to lead themselves well.

Art + Science

I believe there is both an art and a science to fundraising, leadership, and organizational success. The science—data, systems, metrics, and plans—helps us understand what’s working and where we need to adjust. I have the experience and skill to guide that work. But I lean heavily into the art: storytelling, trust-building, genuine relationships, and cultivating a culture rooted in care, liberation, and belonging. The science simply reports back how well the art is landing with your community.
